Ping spikes

I dont know how to describe it properly, but i have the same spikes, as it was shown on gif



gif isnt mine,i took it from another post, since i cant make gif by myself, but it demonstratewhat actually happens

if im not wrong, winmtr shows no loss, but in game it's different picture
re-installed windows, updated drivers, planning to change my modem
this trouble started for about week ago
would appreciate any help and if there is anything else, what i can post here i'll try to do my best to help solving this problem

Have you unplugged your router/modem from power for 30 seconds or so, then plugged it back in?

Seems you're getting some pretty heavy packet loss after the first hop. It's best to eliminate local hardware issues first before attempting to escalate to the ISP.

If you're still seeing significant packet loss after power-cycling your hardware, you'll likely need to contact your ISP to escalate the issue and receive technical support from them.
