What the League Mods Do
Spoiler

  • Ambush: Areas contain an additional Strongbox.
  • Anarchy: Areas are inhabited by an additional Rogue Exile.
  • Beyond: Slaying monsters close together can attract monsters from beyond this realm.
  • Bloodlines: Magic monster packs each have a Bloodline mod.
  • Domination: Areas contain an additional Shrine.
  • Invasion: Areas are inhabited by an additional Invasion Boss.
  • Nemesis: Rare monsters each have a Nemesis mod.
  • Onslaught: Monsters have 20% increased Attack, Cast and Movement Speed.
  • Rampage: Slaying enemies in a kill streak grants Rampage bonuses.
  • Tempest: Wraeclast is battered by magical Tempests.

Challenges
The Standard and Hardcore Competitive Perandus Events will occur alongside the current Perandus Leagues. However, you don't need to sacrifice your Perandus Challenge Rewards in order to participate. Challenges can be completed in either the main Perandus Leagues or these Competitive Events. You can make progress in either to have it count towards your overall number of challenges.

The Competitive Perandus Events
Starting time: May 06, 2016 4:00 PM (EDT) (This is displayed in your local time.)
End time: May 22, 2016 6:00 PM (EDT) (This is displayed in your local time.)

Character Migration
When the events end, any living characters will be migrated to their respective Perandus Leagues as follows:
  • Competitive Perandus (Standard) -> Standard Perandus League
  • Competitive Perandus (Hardcore) -> Hardcore Perandus League

Players who die in the Competitive Perandus Hardcore event will be moved to Standard at the time of death. Dead characters are still eligible for prizes.

Once your characters have migrated, you'll still have one week of the Perandus Leagues remaining to work on you characters, complete your challenges and make the most of Cadiro's seductive plenitude.

Prizes:
The top of each Ascendancy class will be awarded an Alt-Art Demigod's Dominance. The Top 25 of each Ascendancy class in each competitive event will be awarded a Demigod's Dominance with their rank number. If you choose not to pick an Ascendancy class you won't be eligible for winning Demigods but you can still win prizes from reaching various level thresholds. Changing your Ascendancy Class has been disabled for the event.

Don't forget, the following microtransaction prizes will be randomly awarded to players who meet various level thresholds in each event! The two events have separate prize pools that consist of:

Are the rewards cumulative? If you reach level 80, are you put in the drawing for all the prizes? And if so, can one person earn multiple rewards?

Yes and yes. Playing both the Standard and Hardcore versions of the events increases your chances even further because they're separate pools.
