may u answer on why there is no south african sever or a region closer to us i mean POE is a cool and awesome game to play but 200 plus MS really sucks and makes hard core and game play 100 times more harder thanks .........

Because it costs money and maybe there aren't enough people to use it to justify the cost? Just a guess.
