No Light Radius

I just bought a new laptop with Intel HD 520 graphics card with window 10(64bits). But when I play the game my character has no light radius at all. All the light from the torch and everything else is normal only my character light radius seems to be gone (I do not have any items that reduce my light radius or set it to zero). It's unplayable when I'm in the cave or inside the building and really want to know how to fix this.

I updated it to the latest version but still there's no light radius. :(

Do you have the game running in compatibility mode or anything?
