Connecting to Wrong gateway and other issues.

After checking client.txt I noticed that even though I'm on the dallas gateway, playing solo, no possible way to get into anyone else's gateway and even entering a specifically dallas gateway, I am still served the wrong IP for that instance, for example from Germany. I've also had some other issues in general with dallas and austin service gateways up to dallas, so I'd figure I'd share the information. Wrong gateway occurs rarely but I've never encountered it before the potential damage from the hailstorm this month, and I've tried to follow through as much as I can on finding out what the cause is with my ISP considering they own some of these gateways giving me issues.

Just one example. I cleared my logs to make sure I was reviewing the correct information. I made sure the instance was a "texas" instance as far as the client could see, and it was assigned as a texas gateway, but it had a ping of 300. When it happens again I'll get a report up thats timestamped with the /debug report of instance and the log timestamp.

i checked some IP and it was german with 5 lines of log data in the file itself. gonna disregard it but I did get another poor gateway connection here just now

Now there are still gateways in which I can get 32ms such as right above but now im having issues on service provider and in dallas/austin. Things were almost reasonable yesterday and then ladder starts and im now getting up to 700ping consistently on some dallas instances.
