New windows 10 laptop, error opening file

Hi GGG,
I just got a new laptop 'Gigabyte P55K' running Windows 10, downloaded the client for PoE, downloaded the 7.36Gb update, went to run the game after download and install and get the error message, 'error opening file' I tried to run your PackCheck file, but it closes straight after I open it? I have deleted the .ggpk file and am in the process of downloading the 7Gb again, but I think I'm going to run into the same problem again... What should I do? Now I keep getting disconnected from the patching server?

Hey Unreal,
In this case, I suggest copying the content.ggpk file from your desktop over to your laptop and see if this helps with the error you are experiencing. |

Im running windows 7 on my desktop, can I use the same .ggpk file on my laptop that is running windows 10? The laptop just started to download again.. but at 70kb - 100kb per seconds... ugh :(
