You are seeing a large amount of packet loss throughout your router starting after data passes your home router.

By the time your run is complete, you're down over 100 packets that you sent / received from your router.

I would start by doing a power cycle to your local gear ( routers / switches / modems ) and give it another try.

You shouldn't be seeing that sort of packet loss throughout your entire route like that. Since it starts after it tries to get past your home network, I would start there. Thankfully, this is likely something your can correct with a bit of poking around with your home network.

Good luck, and let us know if you have more troubles!

power cycled and this is what I got.
You are still seeing packet loss throughout your connection. It may be time to get in tough with your ISP and discuss the packet loss you are seeing. With the amount of packet loss you are seeing, I'd expect problems in other online activities as well.

Do you notice other games show any latency related issues?

At any rate, you are going to have troubles with loss like that. If it is logistically possible, you could try bypassing your router and running another test. If the problem is the router, you should see no problem with packet loss if you remove it. If the problem is with your internet service and not the router, you'll still see packet loss showing up.
