I use Bladefall totems in last league, tree days ago I start Dual Spark totems... and OMG that shit really clear fast!
89% spell crit chance with 3 power charges 25k DPS and 9 projectiles each totem, at level 75 was doing T10 maps easy. "This Is A Buff" (Bex_GGG august 30, 2016)

I have played totems this league, what in the hell are you even talking about? I'm playing a Hierophant, which does need some attention (talking about how bad Ritual of Awakening is with Ancestral Bond), but the recent changes were great buffs/bugfixes.
