Advice Level 68 Ranger

Please share your tree and gear:
- edit OP message, or reply with a new one
- click on your profile image in top of screen
- chose your character then click once on each item, then close inventory.
- open another browser tab, click again on your profile then on passive tree. Copy the link into the "link to this build" field and paste it into your message.
- submit message.

Alternately, make your characters publicly visible: Home/My Account/Privacy settings (on the right side)/Uncheck "hide characters tab" and "Set profile as private".

still private, we can't see the character tab. You can see if it's ok by clicking on the your name below your avatar on the right of your messages.

Also you can edit your post rather than double posting, to fix the gear.

edit 2:

tree: you went for a lot of res as you are missing them badly. You'll have to fix that over time. For new, just refund a few point to move to this tree (transition tree n°2, n°3). The addition of the acrobatic cluster will improve your safety sensibly. Use the jewel slot to cover some resist with dual resist jewel (they're easy to do). Bonus point if it has some life or physical or projectile damage.
Later you'll have to move to a more standard (see neversink's guide for some examples) as your gear improve. This will cost you all your refund points and some regrets. If you don't have any refund point available, you'd be better just restarting as it will cost you too much in regret orbs to fix your tree.

Gear:
bow could be better but at least it has some damage. The links are not ideal however.
Try Tornado Shot (aka TS) / Greater Multiple Projectile (GMP) / Physical Projectile Attack Damage (PPAD) / Pierce / Increase Critical Strikes or Added Fire Damage. Your damage will be much better and it works equally well for AOE and single target.

The rest of your gear is very bad however, and you lack life a lot on these items.
What you need:

- boots: 25+ movement speed. Its the defining attribute on this slot. 60 life, 2 res greater than 30
- belt: 80+ life, two res > 30, maybe some strength
- helmet: 60+ life, two res > 30, some accuracy can help
- quiver: damage mods: crit chance, crit multi, weapon elemental damage. A bit of life is always welcomed.
- amulet: damage mods too: high flat physical damage, high crit multi, life, (crit chance but it gets expensive then).
- rings: whatever is still needed, else high flat physical rolls, high life.

Try to find them 4 linked already, you will save a lot of jewel and fusing this way. Also these are guidelines for transition gear. High end character use more unique items but I bet they're too expensive for you currently.

Look for a 300 pdps one, it's basically free unliked. Make a 4L in it and use TS/GMP/Pierce/PPAD.

your gem setup:

main: see above
utility RRRG (use an item with armor as main stat for easy coloring) : cwdt lvl 1-3-7, increased duration leveled all the way, immortal call lvl appropriately (see cwdt description), vaal grace.
This setup is useful to prevent spike damage from leaper and porcupine explosion on death. Vaal Grace is excellent against bosses.
utility 2 GGG? : blink arrow, hatred, herald of ash, decoy totem
The decoy totem is a very underrated skill. It is very powerful to keep agro on him.

flasks:
a flask of staunching to remove bleed
a seething life flask to recover life quickly
a flask of heat is useful to remove freeze (strongbox, you're welcome)
stibnite flask is very powerful against melee oponents.
