Got it last night for the PS4.
Couldn't PvP because I hadn't paid up my PSplus and was too excited to play so CBF'd re-subbing at the time.So no network issues for me presently. lol Having issues playing the game though ..... I'm sucking ... and I died a lot ... a lot more than I care to admit..... even at the first boss (second stage).Mostly controller/command issues after playing long hours of the Witcher 3.There's no in game way to rebind controller buttons,although one can rebind the PS4 controller in the PS4 settings menu,but such a pain to re-re-bind afterward. The input for combat commands feels slightly delayed and the commands themselves (ex: roll,fast attack,jump back) have been queue enabled which feels very bizzare to me for a action/fight game.I often found myself spamming a command due to the slight delay and then being totally NOT where or how I wanted to be positioned because of the actions being queued. Gonna take some relearning I guess.But in general .. it's that I mostly suck,my eyes don't function very well any more,hand/eye coordination is kaput and I lack the stamina for long boss fights (me,not my character. =P).... Still it doesn't stop me from choosing the Deprived as my go to class and attempting a NO Ember playthrough ... just me án me club mwahaha. About community. While DS 2&3 will obviously have a larger community,DS1 had a very dedicated,helpfull and tightly knit community (like Xcom EU),I don't believe it will ever be replicated with any of the later titles.
