Random teleporting

Not sure if this is the right place to post.

While playing the game I sometimes randomly teleport back a few seconds. For example I use a leap ability uphill while a pack of mobs is chasing me then when i run a few steps I get randomly ported back in to the middle of that pack chasing me as if I never moved and I am fully surrounded / killed in a second.

Is this a known issue?
