There is a difference between paying for extra storage or in this case more convenient storage and pay to win. Having more storage does not suddenly give you more stats/abilities in any way shape or form. Nor does it make it easier for you to survive/kill mobs or other players. The currency tab is seriously like $5 which ios not expensive at all and really anyone should be able to drop that much if they really want the tab.
