Blood rage bug

i noticed this bug today and wasnt sure where i should report it.

when blood rage is supported with an increased duration, it only effects the base duration of the buff. when you get a killing blow, it will reset the duration to 10 seconds regardless of the support gem even if your current buff duration is greater than 10 seconds
