GGG Please Read! Fail to join specific instance

I was playing my HC shadow earlier today.

i made it to cruel chamber of sins entrance also grabbed the crossroads waypoint.

After i made it to cruel chamber of sins, i got kicked out to log in screen.

then i got kicked out to log in screen every time i tried to take the crossroads waypoint after the first kick out, i tried walking there, but i also got kicked out when i leave Forest encampment to the right side.

I can join other instance just fine. I also tried join cruel crossroads with other characters and also not working.

Please check for me! thanks!

OK, i tried using VPN and i cleared Chamber of sins level 1 !

but i cant join level 2!

so this is not my problem!

i have no idea what's going on with the server.

Im using Singapore gateway.

This is really unstable!

Please FIX!
