Stuck in "deal with the bandits"

Hello,

I have done this quest with my husband. Me 18 and him 30. Oak and Alira have been killed and one green item given each time. But when fighting with Kraityn, i died and when came back, i couldn't cross the gate camp. No matter, my husband killed Kraytyn, but no green item given.

The quest info seems incoherent: "You have killed Alira and Oak but Kraityn continues to harrass the forest encampment. Eramir will reward you with a bonus passive skill point".

So, i have not the last green item and Eramir don't care about me.

I am stuck what ever i do. I have close the game and relaunch, but i start again with all dead in the Kraytin camp.

Could you do something that i can continue the game with my caracter ?

After some hours, the quest came back, but when starting the quest, all fighters waiting without fighting. I can click and see there name and life bar but nothing happens and i can't attack.
