New Skin Package to improve FPS: Performance Skins

This is an idea for a new pack of skins POE could really use.

Performance Skins
Skill effect skins designed with performance in mind for those of us on a budget computer who prefer FPS over our special effects.

History
While testing the effects of an alternate Wither skin over the original for it's effect on FPS, I noticed a significant drop in FPS with the new effect. That got me thinking about what taking effects in the opposite direction could do. You're looking at HUGE gains in FPS for anyone not maintaining 60.

What You Gain
Profit. More skins purchased that many would absolutely love.
More players. Many who like POE don't play because of performance issues. Many of the most successful FTP games put a strong emphasis on lowering specs in order to widen their player base.

What the Community gains
Optional skins that make a real difference in their FPS that would allow solo players with marginal PCs access to the game and group players with better PCs more leeway to let loose without slowing down their friends. The community also gains more players.

Final thoughts
With only so many resources to use to develop the game, it's understandable that not everything performance wise has been addressed. Why not fix some of these issues and make some money doing it? Great game GGG. keep up the good work.
