Running Loot Filter off USB

Hi,

I can run POE off my usb however, I am unable to load the loot filter.

I tried what Chris mention in another post in 2012 to install via the installer and run the game off the usb.

This works, however the loot filter system does not load.

I also create a POE folder under user\my documents\my games\path of exile

However, this does not work too.

Please advise.
