i didnt remove LS, i just swapped gems around so i still had LS+multistrike somewhere else.
i swapped HoA for HoT and reorganized slots.

you are totally right about the INT... :( i kept it on lvl 12 only for Powercharge
BUT the power charge generation was not significantly noticeable :(
Herald of Ice was similar. the proccing didnt just happen often enough to generate.
dont know how the mechanic works.. maybe monster were too low lvl? i was on tier7
have to try it on tier 10/11... anyways

now im testing again blasphemy and assassins mark (without HoA)
which is somehow really nice with maxed powercharge all the time.

my DPS from dualstrike now (max Power Ch.) compared to before (with HoA)
is as high as with one power charge from before.

before: max powercharge: 170k but with 1 powerch.: 150k

now max power: 150k but: since they are always cursed they take addition 9% chance for crit
and 20% more damage from crit.

pros:
- dont have to worry about charge and can play dual when needed. or LS when needed.
- life/mana on kill in melee combat

cons:
- doesnt look cool without herald of ash aoe
- in total i had to remove faster attack from whirling blade because of the curse ring.

what do you think?
and what do you think about blasphemy + lvl10 enfeeble for defensive setup? (also without HoT)

edit:
oh HoI with CoH + AM + Hatred now seems to procc really well. i have full charges
(does hatred increase its cold dmg and therefore i do shatter often now?)

I was going to say HoI works for power charges but only the shatter effect...but you figured this out. HoT takes too long to work. You will kill everything before it can curse often.

Keep in mind that HoA has a serious AOE/degen damage buff that you don't see in your tooltip DPS.

Hatred doesn't affect HoI...it takes x physical damage and adds a percentage of that as cold damage. HoI does no physical damage.

For second curse I would also experiment with temp chains or even warlords mark for leech. Would love to have a +1 curse amulet.

those 2% leech dont seem a lot to me. at least in the HoI CoH + WM setup it wouldnt help?
the endurances would be nice tho for IC
guess would have to link it to LS right? or manual cast xD for the leech.

and mobs arent problematic anyways. its the bosses and some rare champs.

Assassin's Mark is my preference for offense. Warlord's Mark is nice but I wouldn't take it over AM.

With the Assassin ascendancy and attacking at 15-20x per second, you should keep power charges up on bosses.

These are my preferences and why I've deesigned it that way, but it's just a guide. I encourage you to experiment and give me more feedback!

haha i wanted to ask if uber lab is possible with 5k life..
but i just gave it a try and made it! yay!

i just ran trough to try him and he had only 1 additional charge
so i got 1 key but still..

i guess with some practise on him (which i dont have) its possible to farm

haha i was so nervous and spammed the flasks xD
but dont know about his damage when u let him have more stuff for more keys?


oh and i got 1 more question. i saw there are helm enchantments like
reduced hatred/herald mana reservation.

im thinking of getting those on BoR and run 2 heralds.
(maybe with an additional jewel for 2% reduced mana res.)

how hard is that to get? id have to remove vaal haste or faster atk (on whirling blades)
but for more dps.

Yeah uber lab is easy to farm

Helm enchants are tough to get because there are so many. I currently have one with 25% increased dual Strike damage for sale =D. It would be tough without a high level Enlighten to run more than the two auras and not have mana problems from time to time I think. Unless maybe you had one or two Gemini claws but their INT requirement is high

i think touch of anguish at least as offhand is nice to have.?

how much does increased dual strike dmg go into the dps calculation?
does the total dps really gain 25%? or is it like 25% increased physical dmg xD

so increased dualstrike would be stronger than herald of ash addition?

Yeah you would only need one (see my no leech/no regen video...that was a twin claw)

It is an "increased" multiplier like you mention. The DPS from HoA will be more.

I don't think it's going to make or break anything but probably the worst part about it is spending skill points to get it
