Bow Marauder for Item farming need advice

So I read that there are basically 2 marauder bow builds 1 is EA and the other is ele hit and Light arrow

Which on is the least gear dependent for someone just starting off and to later hunt for items using what little mf gear I got ?

For EA build you need just Quill Rain.
For EleBow you need all piece of equipment with flat elemental damage mods (i.e. 13-35 fire damage)

You decide. Imho go for EleBow because you have awesome Venator's guide and EA skill is very hard and UNCOMFORTABLE to use imho. And the game should give us fun, doesnt it?
