Can Corrupted Items with Vaal Implicits Become Enchanted in Labyrinth?

Question in title. I assume that a vaal implicit cannot be overridden, correct?

Even though it doesn't apply to me, I'm also curious if mirrored items can become enchanted.

Not sure but I thought I heard otherwise in one of the ggg videos on it.

Interesting. So, based on the first source listed in the wiki, "Mirrored and corrupted items can't be enchanted." However, an earlier Q & A post says, "Ascendancy enchantments override corruption implicits." Has anyone actually tried to enchant an item with a corrupted implicit? What happens?

Do we have an official answer on this, because it is confusing.

Why not just try it with a cheap corrupted item?
Most of them are vendor trash and if possible to enchant them they might become some value.

You cannot enchant corrupted items.

You cannot enchant or in any other way modify corrupted items.

Also Items can only have 1 implicit.
