dont have them ,but got a friend a lifesprig for 22 coins, later on another to a guildie for 25. pretty freaking good offer at low lvl (Im a trapper). Also the first time I saw him, he was selling a doedre's damning for 70-75 (not sure, didnt have enough anyway).

Pricing so far seems to go by item level.
I've seem 4 different prices on Goldrims... Mine is iLv7 which cost me 41 coins. The real hardcore PoE players and the elites sit in town and zoning in and out of their hideouts trading items.
