There will never be a Righteous Lightning skill. Even if in the future we have one like it (far, far future) it would certainly never be called Righteous Lightning.

That's unfortunate... I actually really liked the idea of a Mana Degen skill similar to what we used to have with AA. AA really pushed Mana Regen into the realm of being useful outside of just sustaining a skill.
