voice overs in path of exile act 4 and overall sound

Hello,

I've noticed a lot of muddying ( sound source fighting for same frequency range) in the act 4 voices with the background ( music, ambient, effects ). I've remained silent until now about it. If you could pass this on to the audio engineer, I think he might improve the overall blending and clarity of the voice overs.

The ambient voice overs during daresso's storyline and act 4 generally have a very low overall volume. Daresso's area has a story, but even with the other volumes (music, ambient, effects) set to halfway, the voice overs are hard to hear. If you raise the volume, and moreso edited the background sounds (music, ambient, effects) to have pockets the presence for all would become more clear overall, and less muddy.

For the voice overs, I suggest a pocket in the other sounds around the 1350-1370 khz of about -4.8 decibels. That will provide the space for the voice overs to punch through the other sounds going on around it.

Also, again, I suggest a "reset to default" button for audio, along with possibly the ability to select as a dropdown (in similar fashion as the filter dropdown) to customize sound settings for streaming and standard gameplay. These features would be easy to implement, taking probably less than 2 hours to program.

The story of path of exile needs to be a driving force for interest for the game, and focusing on the voice overs in the style mentioned above would help.

Best,
