My cyclone on 6l use 41 mp.
I use next:
1) CWDT 1 lvl + warlord mark 5 LVL.
2) Rallyni Cry.
3) Enchantment in boots "0.4% hp and mp leech if you do kill past 4 second."
4) if boss - vinctar.
5) Revelry

if to take separately, nothing will help. But when all combine, it is just fine.
