Noob craft question

I got a Harbinger bow with a 134% phys roll. So the worknech tells me i can't roll another pys%. But when I look for bows on poe.trade there are bows with a phys% roll which have another one crafted. How is this possible?

It's a legacy mod, we could craft hybrid phys/acc once.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

or the one you found has phys/acc and crafted phys. these normally merge but not when the mod is crafted
