The Hunt for Headhunter

Thought I would make a log, rather than writing it on scraps of paper.

Ruckus League - 1 set of 180 belts. All items/currency self found. (1 Exalt, 28c worth of chance)

Talisman League - 9 sets so far. ~1700 belts. Avg belt cost 7.5c, chance 6.5:1c. (9 Exalts, 218c worth of belts and 251c worth of chance)

Total spend: 10 Exalts, 498 chaos.

All maps were run T12-T14 with 80%+ IIQ / 25%+ Pack size. Have not yet sold any maps, but may do to fund further.

HEADHUNTER!!!

Haha, it happened a lot sooner than I expected. Been uploading the video for the past 2.5 hours and it's still only 56% done, damn Australian internet, only a few more months until NBN rolls out in my area though.

I've spent over 60 Blessed orbs so far trying to get perfect life roll on it and it still hasn't hit it.

Oh and the base item level is only 40, I had a suspicion that uniques were more likely on higher ilvl belts because all the other uniques were on i75-i80 bases, but I think this disproves that.

Apart from the Headhunter, that Domination Shackle belt is pretty sweet too!

Oh, and Behemoth bond. Just those two would fund most of the costs.

Yeah after each map I would collect all the rare belts that were made and vendor them 5:1 trying to maintain the highest ilvl. I think that made at least one of those decent belts. Having ilvl 70+ belts definitely gave better returns than the few sets I did with sub ilvl 60.

I'd say if you have the patience and a little bit of luck it's definitely worth it if you are able to accept that you may "waste" quite a few Exalts along the way. It was hard at first seeing my stack of 6 exalts slowly become zero, but I told myself it was all just for fun and could be worth it in the long run.
