Claw Build - Ambidexterity or more Crit?

I am currently using ambidexterity on my frenzy-claw build and am enjoying a lot but I am wondering if perhaps it might be too much for 'attack speed'. I could use the points and place them into Assassination and Depth Perception for more crit chance. Just don't know if its worth it for claws since they aint truly the 'crit' weapons like daggers would be...

Any suggestions?

Also when is it good to use Ambidexterity anyway?
