How to change steam account?

Hi.
I had problems downloading the game directly from the site so i've decided to download it from steam. The problem is that when i try to log in it says that my account is already linked, but i dont remember making a new steam account. Is there any way i can link it to the steam account im using now without entering the account that its currently linked to? | |

If you would like to Unlink your Path of Exile account from it's current Steam link, you just need to email in to support@grindinggear.com using the email address that is associated with the account and request that the account be unlinked from Steam. This is just to ensure that you will still be able to receive any important account-related emails and will still have access to the account without the Steam link.
Once we have unlinked it you will be able to link the Path of Exile account to your new Steam account from within your account settings. Contact us at support@grindinggear.com!
