Connection issue with singapore server

I can't even enter my hideout without t-stancing for 5 min. Then, when it stops me t-stancing, I disconnect. I was foolish enough to open a t12 overgrown ruin, I had an infinite loading screen and had to restart. All these problems cleared up on changing realms.
