Can't play - Loading screen issues :(

Hi there,

A good first step in this situation would be to post up a DXDiag so we can take a look at your system specs.

To generate a dxdiag report, please follow these steps:

1) Press the windows key + r on your keyboard to bring up the Run interface
2) Type dxdiag into the run dialogue box and press enter
3) When the dxdiag application starts up, press the Save All Information button in the bottom right and save the report to your desktop to email through to us


It might also be a good idea to ensure that if you have anything such as an antivirus or firewall that you disable these to see if it makes a difference.

Additionally, have you been having any sort of connectivity issues (such as DCs out of the loading screen) recently?
