Dead character but without deathscreen? wtf!!!

Hello GGG, i was farming dried lake on merciless, lvl 71, with my witch.
I was on hardcore talisman league, i killed everything in the instance, got to a safe place and then logout, when i see my character, he was in standart league, but i was farming Hardcore Talisman League, what happened???

This made me soo sad, i dont think ill play anymore.

Edit: my char name is "GRiM_BR", and i checked my deaths i have 1, HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? i didnt even log out next to a monster or somenthing like that, and i'm not crazy, i have 10 challenges complete already, so i'm not talking bullshit here.

Did you at any time use a portal to get out of the map, possibly whit stuff around you? if you did then thats where it happened as you are not invulnerable when you port out...all you know is that it took longer to load up the town instance...even burning ground or consecrated ground

i didnt, it was a complete safe spot, i just log out, didnt used portal or anything like that.
