- 5% additional Physical Damage Reduction per soul - +5% to all Elemental Resistances per soul - 5% increased Attack Speed per soul - 5% increased Cast Speed per soul - 5% increased Character Size per soul Yes, this belt has a great potential in my build. If you have a "1 additional Curse Voll's Devotion", please get "Alchemist" instead of "Whispers of Doom". (Also you can use "Inspired Learning".)
Defense/Offense
Defense (5 Endurance Charges, 15 Souls)
Additionally, We have Arctic Armour, Fortify and some flasks. 
Offense (7 Power Charges, No Souls)
Additionally, We can get additional crit chance from Assassin's Mark. Also Soul-Eater giving us AS and Character Size.

Does soul belt is that needed ? Should not it be safer to use auxium?

Soulthirst is not necessarily required if you don't need Soul-Eater. If you focus on ES, Auxium will be a candidate as a choice. This build must be got from anyway equipped with Attributes such as Strength and Dexterity. You can get them with Belt and Passive if equipments are not enough, Also, Passive Skill Tree will be able to change to flexible. Thanks for answer. Still hoping to see a video to see how well it performs with powercharge even without Voll's protector or if it would need skyforth.
Also, if we own skyforth could it replace powercharge on crit? | |

I was unsure about it but now i am. EE is hurting you way more than helping. You have no wyas of dealing only cold damage in your build.

My apologies for not replying to you sooner. I have been out of country for few weeks. I think Skyforce is not be useful in 2.1's this build. If we swap the GEM, we will lose chance to gain a power charge about 30%. Also I'm getting cold damage from the ring. Thank you. IGN: Garam
