After Act IV, What Happens?

So after we complete Act IV, are all the acts exactly the same, just higher difficulty? Same story, same bad guys, same everything?

Yes. Until act 5.

There are slight differences in cruel and merciless. Some areas have "visitor" mobs... you can't predict as easily as to what an area has in store.

Drops change... since item levels go up.

Quests are all the same... only changes there are the rewards are slightly different.

You'll find that difficulty doesn't necessarily go up. I find Merciless quite a bit easier than cruel.

Mob density is also higher.
Some bosses have new abilities.

Yep... also some of the Rogue Exiles don't appear until later difficulties.

A lot more rare mobs in Merciless too, means you start to see a lot more packs empowered by auras, damage reflect, and occasional bloodlines packs that all spice it up a bit.

Act V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, and X.

Yet another painful act you have to trudge through in order to level a character.

I cant imagine how overtuned it is if they need to up Act 4.

The Eternal Laboratory is in Act 3.

I enjoyed/Enjoy Act 4.
