Price check on a rare talisman

Hi folks - a trading newb here. I was approached by a few different people in game asking for the below amulet, and saying it is not very good but they will help me rid of it :) On going over the stats I actually thought it is not bad at all actually and became a bit suspicious of these potential buyers.I searched poexyz but didn't find anything with comparable stats to check price.
What would be your price suggestion for this talisman: Thanks for you time, have fun! Keep on keeping on...

Honestly, I don't see anything special in it. If I had it, I would have sacrificed it to build a T3 talisman. So I'd say a couple of chaos at most.

If the witches watching watches watch the same watch while you watch which witch watches which watch, they switch watches; then, the watch switching witches watch which watch you watch. Watching witches watch watches is not for the faint of heart... |

I thought that the combination of increased armor, rarity, life and accuracy would be useful - but again that may be my self found mindset taking over :) I always try to find a use for items and forget the importance the community attaches to mod's tiers .
