Spend those money mate! First and foremost, "life leech" is only applied to attacks on amulet. Secondly, I am currently crafting some original items to enhance my current gear setup. I hate mirrored items, they are loosing value constantly. It's useless to invest even 1 exalted on them. Original items are BiS.
