1000ms ping for most instances starting from mid Jan (used to be 50ms)

Hey there, I'm very sorry you're having some latency issues. Could you let us know a little bit about the network you're connecting on?:

• Is it wired or wireless?
• Do you share it with anyone else who may be using it at the time, or have any programs running that may be doing the same?
• What gateway do you connect to and do these issues persist when connecting to a different gateway?
• Could you please confirm for us that your firewall and antivirus are not interfering with Path of Exile's connection? You should be able to test this by temporarily disabling them while playing and seeing if your connection improves.
• Can you please tell us what type of network you are connecting on? Eg. Home, apartment/hotel, university/dorm.

Also, could you please post the results of a WinMTR report here for us, just so we can see exactly what is happening along the route of your connection to the server/gateway you're connecting to plus any additional gateways that may be close by. Hey there! Unfortunately those WinMTRs you've posted a bit too short for us to see what may be causing the issue.

Please make sure to run the WinMTR while you are experiencing issues in-game, as this will provide us with the most accurate data. Also, please ensure that you run the WinMTR for 300-500 packets (about 5-8 minutes) so that we can get a full picture of what is happening.
