Question on Three Dragons.

I currently plan on using Doryani's Fists with a 10% chance to shock on my in-progress righteous fire Templar.
Does Three Dragon's effect apply that 10% chance to shock to fire damage right? I know RF cannot proc shock since it's a degen and not true flat fire damage. What's the best way to apply shock to mobs? BTW, does shock status even affect burning damage? | |
"Yes. "The easiest one is probably Vaal Lightning Trap which applies shock ground. You don't even need chance to shock with that, the mobs just have to walk on that shock ground. And yes, it will increase your burning damage very sensibly. Ranger builds list: /917964

The best way to apply shock using Three Dragons though is to critical strike hit with Fire Damage or have chance to shock nodes/items/gems and do enough fire damage on hit to meet the minimum duration to shock.
