WinMTR trace route - what is the problem?

Your issues do seem to start early and there do appear to be some ping spikes and packet loss. Can you first please make sure that your firewall and antivirus are not interfering with Path of Exile. If they are not can you please power cycle your router? You just need to unplug the power for a few minutes then plug it back in.

Also are you on a wired or wireless connection?
