(Failed to Connect to instance) Cant play w/ WINMTR

Lately ive been experiencing my game dropping me when trying to enter hideout and switch character screens...Also going map / master zones. (My Inherit is solid and is working during these issues)

I see other people are experiencing issues similar any update of a problem or fix?

re-occurring instances where i go to character screen but its just the picture of the people in the background no character sheet of all my guys to select on the right hand side..

Other times (failed to connect to instance) seems like its getting worse cant even go into town/maps/hideout

it could be a server thing..
i had similar problems, switching from the amsterdam servers to london solver my problem. They apparently have some technical issues with amsterdam servers so waiting this out in london seems a good idea
ran fine after yesterdays patch now im back to the same problem!
bump contacted support

tried vpn and allowing ports still no fix

bump worked all weekend now problem is back added winmtr
Are you on a standard residential internet connection, or is it a managed network like a corporate/campus network?

Do you have direct access to all the hardware on the network approaching the ISP, or do you just plug into a wall and "magic happens" to get you connected?

Generally, if you are on a managed network, then there are firewalls and other hardware devices that need to be configured to allow access. If you are on a home network, the recommendation is to first unplug the router/modem from the power for 30 seconds or so, then plug it back in to ensure it is properly restarted and not acting up (unless it is failing). From there we usually ask for more WinMTR results that were captured to the appropriate gateway before, during, and after any issue. This can be done by tracing the whole time while playing.

The WinMTR post you provided was to Dallas Texas.. so unless you're connecting to that gateway, then that trace is next to useless for us to actually diagnose any connection-related issues since it's a completely different destination than the one you are connecting to.
