The Rare Item Name Thread

As far as I know there is no other thread addressing the different rare names. Sense rare names are now a part of a alchemy recipe I thought it would be helpful to come up with a list to see how many of them there are and maybe eventually get there affects down. Also I don't know if posting 9.4 items will be a problem but just to be sure lets stick to 9.5 until we have confirmation that they're alright.


If you want to add a name to the list just post the item. Please write the names that you found as well, it will make it easier to copy them into the list.

The list is split into first and second names.

Ure first and last entry should be stone veil and beast veil...

It would probably be a better idea to track which 1st or 2nd names can spawn on which items while u at it.

Maybe it would be better to separate the first and second names into two different lists. Also I'm probably not going to edit my post with other peoples items, too much work and people can just scroll down. I will update with the names. I'll get to yours in a little bit.

I already separated them. Having the item info and incompatibility between first and second names would be nice but the only way I think we could do that and items it works with. Unless we know that some will only show up on hands for example. Then it would be much easier, but there's not that much data in this thread yet and even if there were, finding enough examples to conclude that they only show up on hands would take a long time. Absence of evidence isn't evidence of absence.

The second name seems to be dependant on item type. Though some names can appear in multiple groups or maybe some weapon groups should be merged completly (I don't have enough items to make a conclusion).
