Jewels
Look for jewels with life,lightning damage,proj damage,attack speed,crit multi and crit works too.
Auras
Wrath, herald of thunder
And vaal haste You will need some int on gear to reach 155 int for lvl 20 gems. You wont need int on gear with daggerspec.
Screens
Without Vaal haste and Rallying cry
 With Vaal Haste, No rallying cry because it differs between how many mobs that was close.  Only auras

pretty sure lightning pen is more effective than added cold, have you compared?

I tried to run ST on mana too, but eventually when my attackspeed got very high I encountered the problem that my mana was empty before the first volleys hit and the leech kicked in. Do you experience that as well? I am liking it btw =)
