Do I understand correctly that you would keep the endageme skilltree pretty much the same in 3.1 (except for vaal pact being in another place and weeker)?

Yep, check my 95 zerker in standard league. I did try to come up with a new league that didn't go to shadow area, but it couldn't beat the old tree.
thanks.
another question: as ure using kaoms roots, why are u not combining them with iron reflexes passive? afaik unwavering stance disables evasion chance, but as evasion rating still exists theoretically, it might be worth transforming it into armor rating? at least if ure playing with one or more armor pieces which have evasion rating...
also: are kaoms roots really that important to the build? isnt it maybe worth getting a way of dealing with stuns in another way (like the pantheon) and instead getting another 4L?

You can, it's just a few points for a tad more armor, but those points are better used elsewhere, imo. And yes, Kaom's roots are amazing. Not only do they give stun immunity, but make you immune to chill and freeze and Temporal Chains, and have a huge amount of life. Really hard not to love these boots.
Btw, Rogue, I've looked at your Zerker for Cleave. Have you tried to replace faster attacks with Brutality? Overall it's quite massive dps boost. Also you could try to give a shot with gloves with Vulnerability on hit Vaal.

Lately I did Cleave on dual wielding Rigwald's and it's quite decent lol.

Best wishes!

Brutality is in no way a dps boost, though replacing Faster Attacks with Maim certainly would be. Vuln on hit would be solid for sure. Isn't Rigwalds pretty slow? And with the set, you'd have a pretty weird tree. The frenzy charges are nice though. You like the set for this build? Seems interesting.
Well, I am ashamed but it's my first try with Rigwalds so far :O changed tree a bit few minutes ago :D Last time I was using cleave, weapon choice was Starforge. This time I'm trying dual wielding and my choice was Rigwalds cuz they seemed interesting overall :D

My cleave tooltip on Rigwalds is defenitely lower than yours, around 550k buffed, but I'm enjoying it for sure :D I'll be testing new tree withing few weeks I suppose :)

Btw I just realized you're utilizing Sin's Rebirth, my bad :O pretty interesting tree tbh :)

Thanks for reply Brother :)

Anyone playing this in 3.2? interested in how to utilize rage mechanic into the build...
I'm playing this build in 3.2 and i have a problem w/ the new ascendancy and the only way i found to solve this is do not use the VP or doing the map as fast as possible trying to not lose the rage charges to take adventage of the damage it provide us and not stop the leeching avoiding the life degeneration. Plz i will wait for an answer to how do you think about this and another posible solution. :)
Im playing a variation to this build for 3.2 bestiary. Im using Bloodseeker claw for insta leech on off hand and 1.88 aps sword on main hand. For ascendancy I got Pain Reaver + Cloaked in Savagery + Aspect of Carnage + Crave the Slaughter. On tree I ignore Vaal Pact since Bloodseeker claw gives insta leech so I still get some regen benefits. For gear (except claw) im using Bringer of Rain with Kaoms Roots others are rares that cap my res, atm im lvl 83 with 5kish life, 47% phys dmg reduction, capd res, 31% dual-wield block and 100k dmg buffed by herald of ash and hatred at 3.71 aps. Killed Uber Izaro with this build and up to white elder no problem. I really love the dual striker as a double axe man but with this claw the build feels like the old VP dualstriker feels good to insta leech again like a crazy madman :P. The new rage is no problem since I only went up to Crave the Slaughter at 50 rage 5%life degen is countered by my regen. I am trying to move to a six-link belly or something for more life and end-game jewels for more aps, dmg and life.
I highly agree with koushmighty.

To anyone out there not considering Bloodseeker (yet), let's watch the following clip together real quick and remind ourselves and our struggling brothers and sisters who still kite mobs that THIS is the ONLY way, no exceptions, EVER, to play a true dual striker (no offense my friends xD):

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O-eVGExx-gI

This video was actually the sole reason I initially picked up dual striking and followed this guide, and with Bloodseeker you can have this feeling again. I have been running it since the VP nerf and had no problems facetanking T15 bosses and the Guardians with ease (I did have a Legacy BoR which helped but my jewels weren't fully optimised, I didn't have a Steel Ring yet, had no Lab enchant on helmet, etc. so it's definitely possible with somewhat decent gear, no GG gear needed at all). Only tried Shaper once so far and had him down to a few % in the 3rd phase, but it's mostly getting used to the mechanics so I am certain that you can kill him with Bloodseeker setup even though the DPS of Bloodseeker might be a bit lower than the DPS of your current weapon.

I am currently running my own build for fast mapping but in case someone is interested in my updated Dual Striker talent tree (dropped the Axe specialisation), here you go:

https://pastebin.com/JXuY0844

A few additional tips:
Feel free to pick up Juggernaut instead of Heart of Oak/Finesse (especially if you are wearing Kaom's Roots) and scale your striker as you want, e. g. leave out some additional DMG/IAS nodes such as Duality or Ambidexterity and pick up Devotion and potentially even Discipline and Training after that if you want to. I invested 300+ regrets since 3.0 to extensively test all possible talent node and gear combinations and the bottom line is that you can scale your striker as needed between 7000 to 9000+ life, depending on the content you do and your preferred playstyle. Just remember that DPS is useless if you are dead, so always cover your defenses first, including your attack speed for a constant stream of instant life leech. 11-12 APS out of combat is fine but more is better, try Punishment if you have enough HP but lack attack speed/leech/dps and aim for 14+ APS in combat.

Note that you have to equip Bloodseeker in your main hand because only then the instant leech effect is extended to hits with your offhand weapon!

The new Rage mechanic doesn't matter because we now have life regen on top of the instant life leech, so don't worry about the "losing life" aspect of Rage but instead embrace the added damage, attack and move speed.

An added benefit is that Bloodseeker is a claw and therefore let's you use Whirling Blades, which is a much superior movement skill compared to Leap Slam in my opinion, except for a few scenarios where you want to close gaps. Use both if you can and want to, but definitely give Whirling Blades a shot (linked with Fortify and Faster Attacks). I feel it really adds quality of life as it scales exceptionally well with attack speed (= you are super fast). I did a Beachhead race vs a Tornado Shot Raider who had 10 Frenzy Charges due to multiple corruptions and he wasn't able to outrun me.

Thanks for reading and good luck!

PS/FYI @Rogue: First off, kudos for the work you put into this. Don't tell anyone but I have a little Umbra/Soup/Rogue shrine at home (it works). Anyway, I read every single page of this guide and could not help but notice that you mentioned Cleave has a better scaling with quality compared to Dual Strike. I believe that both skills have the exact same scaling though. IIRC you picked it for the free Fortiy, and potentially because you like the animation better, but I felt it might not hurt pointing out the same scaling anyway (in case anyone is wondering, it's a matter of preference).

Cheers,
Friskor
