Character light not on

So was playing in The upper scepter of God and noticed that my light wasn't working. Every now and then it will turn on and then turn back off. This is the only area I have ran into this issue.

This is usually a graphics card error. Just make any small gfx change and apply, usually this gets it fixed for me.
