My PA ranger just hit 90% mspeed w/o flask or haste that make me think about Weight of Sin corrupted Jewel but it looks underpowered and completely useless now. What's the point of using it, while you can easier craft a 20% dmg random rare + something extra with no penalty? Maybe some boost to this jewel next path, GGG?
