DC in map

hey
i tried Desert map today but after 2-3 minutes i got dc and after that i got dc in same location about
and then i couldn't get near the portal in my hideout!!!weird ha
tried 4-5 times but same ,tried dried lake map and then after a few minutes came back to my hideout and got DC!
any solution?

Try running a Pack Check, https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/18531, or if you're in Steam, look in the Local Files tab and Verify Integrity of Game Cache.

The problem seems to be on your internet route. Do you use a VPN? There are certainly a lot of internal network hops.

Would you do another MTR for 300 cycles on a different gateway please? Like London, Amsterdam, or Milan. Frankfurt is in a congested area right now.

Well this is unfortunate, but it appears you have packet loss from your ISP. Call them to complain. You can do a MTR against any website, such as google or yahoo, (they should have the same ~4% packet loss throughout the route) and then give your ISP support staff the results.

i think it's not my internet problem
it's more about some maps or my hideout because it happens when i try to do some maps!
but if i do quests i'm ok.even i create a new hideout but problem not solved.
when i think about it....problem happend after new patch or upgrading my hideout (2 of my masters reached to lvl 7 )was near the same time about.
looking forward to some solutions,thanks.
