Pyre and Tree combination

I got a question, but i couldn't find the topic of this thread. I thinnk it belongs here.

Anyway the question is,
If i use pyre with Glacial Hammer skill and my passive tree got points which are Lava Lash (%30 fire damage increase with weapons) and Fangs of Frost (%30 cold damage increase with weapons) i will get both increase damage or just Lava Lash's ?

Both. Converted damage always gets boosted by modifiers to both damage types.

What about modifiers on items ? I mean if I got one with increase fire damage and other one with increase cold damage ?

Same thing, both will apply. Just be aware that the damage the monsters actually take is only fire, so reducing their cold resistance (for example) won't do anything.
