I have pretty crappy conection in general, and I will have such for some time. Router is around 6-8 meters my from my place in another flat on the same floor. A lot other wi-fi's around too. Best connection happens around 2-7 am local time, so I guess it's thanks to people sleeping and routers being turned off. I have cheapest antena I could find, so I wonder if replacing it with anything better could help or not and It's not worth trying.

Do you have a spare wifi router yourself? That might be a lot stronger than just a cheap antenna. What is your budget?

3% packet loss between you and your router. Yeah, you gotta do something about that.
I don't know your layout, but you could try a Pringles Cantenna :P
You aren't slipping onto your neighbors network are you?
If so, tsk-tsk

Nah, legit stuff actually. I bought 2x 0.75m usb expansion and moved my stuff closer, helped but not enough.
Edit: I have just antena from TP-Link, worth few $, size of usb-stick. I'm just guessing that my signal is weak because of wi-fis around and quality of that crap I use. I have no knowledge about stuff tho, so I wanted to ask if u see some in this thing that I've pasted. (which say "buy new, better antenna or "don't bother, it won't help anyway")
Edit: My budget should be around 20$ max. (proud
Edit: I know you are stunned by my fortune. but srsly, pls answer what would be good to do. Pringels antenna fails or I fail in making pringless antenna.

That's an adequate budget to get a used 802.11n router, or to get a better wifi adapter. I wouldn't go so far as to make a cantenna from scratch, but I definitely would cut out some aluminum foil to make waveguides for a cheap router's standard antennas.
You would use that router as your wifi adapter, plugging the computer into the ethernet, and bridging that router to the other network wirelessly. If you need help setting it up like that, tell us what kind of router it is.

It's cisco epc 3010, appareantly they stopped to support it at vista. W7 took drivers but something went wrong somewhere and I can't use it for some reason. But my Antenna 2.0. from beer can does (till now at least). Traffics starts in 5h, I will see what happens.
edit: I can hardly belive how it helped, thanks guys.
