Rathpith Globe possiblities for 2.2 expansion.

My question is what the "(40 to 60)% of Block Chance applied to Spells" mod on Rathpith Globe are based on?
Does it counts for the shield block (25%) itself, block nods from the skill tree, The uniqe flask's Rumi's Concoction normal block (20-30%) or even from "Bone offering" from the necromancer's new skill tree from the ascenadcy expansion or even the "tempest shield" (3%) block chance?
Spellblock is based on your total Attack Block, including any and all Buffs and Passives.
Ok thanks!

Imagine bone offering lvl 20: 35 % normal block and 34 % spell block. Add an Rathpith glope on that with 25% normal block and max rolled for 60% spell block.
Tha means you got 35% + 25% normal block = 60% That means you got 60*0,6 = 36% spell block on top of the bone offerings 34% = 70%.

So use Cast when dmg taken - desicreate - bone offering. To get 60% normal block and 70% spell block, just like that when you get hit.
The Block is nice and all, but the real kicker is the terrifying amounts of Life on Block if you ask me; being a Minion Spell, you can just slap it into a +2 Minions hat and get 755 Life on Block, or well over 1000 with Empower and Corruption. Guessing that will change with the Ascendancy release, hahaha.
