I suggest you contact support directly. They can go into details with you. We can't see what may have caused the problem with your account.

Also, you should remove your email address from the post. You should never post your login details to a public forum. It can be a security issue for your account.
Honestly, I wouldn't post an email address in a public forum, period. Regardless of it being associated with your PoE login credentials. It opens you up to attacks, spam, and a bunch of other things that can ruin your day. But otherwise, do as Max suggested and contact support directly through email. |
