Cyclone ES based build need help!

I want to make a ES based cycloner using dagger and shield or dual wielding.

My goal is to take level 95+.

I need help building a passive skill tree for this.

CLEAR SPEED
HIGH DAMAGE
HIGH SURVIVAL
NO MANA ISSUES

I will use Mirrored Horror skewer dagger and acuity!

bro what you should do is build a reave character you know cyclone benefits better from the 2h and foil-rapier type due to their higer weapon range and since you do need +2 range you need to go down to the duelist area which is not that wise since u lack hp and you waste so much points instead go for scion wheel and disemblowing cluster if you need help you can reach me at the game also my IGN:WingsOfBisquit
